Hey there, beautiful entrepreneur!
I recently did a Facebook Live asking the question “is the quest for vulnerability a glorified killer of momentum in business?”
Despite popular opinion on the subject of vulnerability, I actually have a bit of a pet peev when it comes to how as we women, and especially as entrepreneurs, are encouraged to be vulnerable. To bear our all and open our hearts in order to invite people to connect with us and stand out among all the online noise and pushy, slimy sales tactics (eww).
But as someone who has spent nearly a decade working with the energetics of the female mind and body as a mindset coach, kinesiologist and energy healer, I’m here to tell you that vulnerability is NOT a state we should be actively pursuing in life or in business if we’re wanting to show up as our true selves.
In fact, it’s probably one of the worst things you can do!
The Live provoked a fair bit of thought and discussion among my online community and I wanted to continue the discuss over here on the blog as well!

What insights, reflections or a-ha’s did this live ignite in you? What’s been your experience of feeling vulnerable in business? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
Big, vulnerable-but-in-a-good-way and completely authentic love,
