Hey beautiful entrepreneur!
Have you ever noticed how the biggest lessons can sometimes come in the smallest packages?
Today on my morning barefoot walk I stood on a bee (sorry bee 😣) and my body instantly told me that something foreign was trying to become a part of me.
I could feel in my foot the edges of the venom as it permeated around the stinger and my body made it clear that it didn’t belong.
How easy it is to know this with something so obvious. So in-your-face. We don’t even hesitate removing the invader. We don’t hesitate prioritising ourselves and tending to our needs. It would seem crazy not to.
And yet what do we do with the venom we don’t see?
Venomous thoughts, venomous people, venomous situations. Things that are not designed to nourish the organism but instead take something away.
Insidious poisons designed to paralyse and erode, to leak through us and fill our beings with doubt, fear and numbness.
This morning on my walk I had a choice. I could either leave the stinger in, prolong my state of pain and continue to let the venom leak through my body.
Or I could simply take it out.
I could let the pain and venom move through as it needed to and as my body naturally knew it would.
So today I ask you.
Where in your life are you holding onto the stinger?
Where are you letting the venom permeate?
Where are you prolonging the pain, toxicity or numbness?
Just as a healthy body knows when something is not good for it, so too does a healthy soul know when something is out of alignment.
The more you focus on your vibration and learn to tune into your body, the stronger these distinctions become and the quicker you can create shifts in your life without having to ‘sit in the shit’ all the time.
The stronger your connection to the innate power within you becomes and the more you can live from that place in all areas of your life.
It’s time to recognise what doesn’t belong. What doesn’t serve. What doesn’t contribute to your joy, happiness, peace and belonging in this life.
It’s time to pull the stinger out.
Sending you love today and every day,
